Getting Started with the Quesam Mac App

Installation

• Access the Mac App Store: Open the Mac App Store and search for the Quesam Mac App.
• Install the App: Click on the ‘Get’ button to download the Quesam app. A notification will pop up to confirm the installation.
• Activation: Upon installation, you’ll receive a notification that Quesam is ready to use. Click ‘Open’ to proceed.

Logging In

• Log In: Once the app is active, log in using your email address.
• Email PIN: Check your email for a PIN, which Quesam will send you as part of the verification process.
• Enter PIN: Use this PIN to complete your login in the app.

Daily Usage

• Daily Question: As a new user, you’ll be presented with a question on your first login.
• Question Reset: Every midnight, your question resets, and you will receive a new one.

Customization and Troubleshooting

• Re-Login: If you’re signed out, simply log back in to resume where you left off.
• Recurring Questions: You may occasionally receive the same question two days in a row—this is normal.
